ohno, toma and the yamada tarou feeling all over again...
...and I'm so glad. :)
Last year when it was announced that Nino and Sho were starring together in Yamada Tarou, my insides were close to popping out because of excitement. As an Arashi fangirl, it was one of those dream teams that you wished would work together and it did materialize. Actually, any Arashi pairing would be a dream come true for me whether it be on the small or big screen.
Now comes the confirmation that Ohno's finally in a drama, thank God that the rumors were true! We are literally thirsty for a long time for something like this to happen. And this announcement was more special because it is Rida. This moment makes me...it's absolutely hard to describe what I'm feeling because we're talking about Rida here! The enigmatic, lovable and eternally kind leader who lets others shine because he simply is the heart and soul of Arashi. *weeps with joy*
Then, comes news that Toma's with him. That's another dream come true! Rida and Toma in one dorama, let's get ready to rumble! People wanted Toma to debut with Arashi then and he has always been close to all the members. Talk about things falling into place. All I can say is, this is definitely a momentous occasion.
Toma, your new hairstyle literally killed me! Plus, your army jacket and your black hair. There's nothing to ask more really. Except to wish that May would become July and see both of you in action!
For the theme song, will it be an Arashi and Toma collaboration? *fingers and feet crossed*
INXS: Nino, can I apply to be your apprentice and let's do magic tricks together? You were amazing on the latest Himitsu episode and you can have an alternate career as a magician. A magician who loves berating others with his wit and sarcasm! Haha!
INXS 2: Next on everybody's wish list. An Aiba dorama. How about an Aiba and Jun together? Hehe. Anything's possible. ^_^
INXS 3: As I was about to post my entry, I realized it was a long one. Just proves how happy I am with the latest turn of events! XD

Also glad that it`s gonna be Toma. At least Ohno knows him and Toma is a wonderfully nice person, so that decreased the possibility of Oh-chan going tense around co-stars. With all that waiting and repeating during production, I hope he works with people that make him feel comfortable.
I love your analysis. Because I never really thought about that part wherein Ohno might feel uncomfortable with his co-stars. But since it's with Toma, he can be himself in no time! :)
Plus, since they've been friends and have worked together in West Side Story, they already know each other's working attitude. And once they hang out together during breaks, I'm sure they'll have fun joking around! XD

I've watched the korean version and I like it alot, esp. the korean cast make it a good watching, I hope the Japan. version will do it too!
I'm so curious how the Jpan. producer will adapt the plot with Riida and Toma, I mean the Korean vers. has Joo Ji Hoon (younger one) do the role of the lawyer, and Uhm tae wong (older one) do the detective role.

I've only seen the trailer of the Korean version before because my friend likes Ji Hoon and it was dark. Me, too! I'm dying to watch the Japanese production's take on this adaptation. Will it take a different approach to make it more compelling? Ahh, the curiosity! Make July tomorrow...now! Haha! XD
