When Nino won those sinfully yummy gourmet chocolates during last Monday's Shukudai-kun, I was hoping that they would show him offering a few pieces to Rida. Seriously, when Ohno said "ii na" and was hungrily eyeing those heavenly morsels, I knew that Nino's going to give him some. But alas, no glimpse whatsoever of that happening.
Nevertheless, deep inside my fangirl heart, I'm sure he gave a few if not all to their Leader. ^__^

I just had to insert 'twenty-four' because I've been engrossed in Aiba and Ohno's 24 Hour TV tasks for the past two nights. I've actually watched Aiba's 2008 mission last year and a few years back for Ohno's 2004 assignment. But paying close attention this time made me overwhelmingly touched by the dedication that they have put into making the dreams of the people they've helped come true.
It all started last weekend when I was casually surfing youtube and came across some clips of this event. Way before I knew it, I was hooked! Aiba and the little boy who dreams of swimming with dolphins started it off. He was very protective of the little boy who, in turn, revealed that he depended his life on our Miracle Boy. Aiba's nurturing personality shone and the trust clearly given to him only proves how kind, genuine and sincere he is.
But I was affected the most with Rida and the compassion he has shown. Seriously, his compassion resonates. He doesn't need to do anything and yet, his point came across clearly. Moreover, I don't usually cry but I was close to bawling out upon seeing Ohno's inability to speak because he was overcome with emotion. All he could do was give an okay sign to the deaf students whom he taught the steps for "Kimi no Tameni Boku Ga Iru" after they successfully danced to the song during the 24 Hour TV live marathon. With Ohno, I always turn into a puddle of goo (in a very, very good way).
I am truly grateful to be in this fandom. :)
INXS: Gunning for more records to break...Arashi, congratulations!
This was from the Himitsu no Arashi-chan episode two Thursdays ago. Ohno personified the definition of "Don't sweat the small stuff" with his comment that "It's the ocean after all". His beach outfit was the perfect analogy on how he views life and everything else in between.
No frills. Simple and straightforward. That's his philosophy. It's life as Rida sees it. Once again, I just love the man. :)

It was this Friday, exactly a year ago, when Maou premiered on TBS. Ohno's immense acting talent was finally showcased for everyone to see, feel and experience.
I don't know why I suddenly remembered it today. I guess it was because I just watched the VS Arashi episode with Toma as their guest. I love the friendship that blossomed between Rida and Toma. It's like a sibling relationship with Ohno as the big brother and his adorable little brother.
What struck me the most during this episode was when Ohno did something with his hands during the Falling Pipe segment, Toma's eyes lit up! It was immediately followed with a bright smile! You can definitely notice how Toma adores Rida. I was so touched that I felt like crying tears of joy. The way Toma dotes on Oh-chan melts my heart.
INXS: Did you catch a glimpse of the way Toma inched closer to Nino to show him the commemorative picture of his participation in the show? Isn't that the sweetest?
Before Ohmiya, there's was Ohmachi. :)
I was checking out random Youtube clips last week and I came across Ohno's SCP guesting. During the VTR portion, Shingo Machida was one of those people who spoke about Ohno. After which, Ohno talked about his life in Kyoto and the bond he had with Machida. Seeing them touched me a great deal because I felt the hardships they went through and most importantly the friendship they shared. And truth be told, I was teary-eyed when Machida said that his wish is to dance again with Ohno. I fervently hope that it happens soon.
INXS: I've never really ranted in Vox but this has truly irritated me to the highest level. My internet connection here at home really sucks. PLDT, my ISP, sucks! This has been going on for the longest time ever. Even with repairs during these past months, it still doesn't work properly. I've been switching the modem on and off so many times for the past two hours. Furthermore, I couldn't open a webpage with just one click and I couldn't download anything. I need to switch internet providers. Any suggestions?
But on a lighter note, Smile and The Quiz Show, are two things worth waiting for. April 17 and 18, come quickly! ♥
There's this song called "Zoom" and its lyrics perfectly describe what I feel about "Kumori Nochi, Kaisei" - the song, the video and most importantly, the man behind it.
