It was this Friday, exactly a year ago, when Maou premiered on TBS. Ohno's immense acting talent was finally showcased for everyone to see, feel and experience.
I don't know why I suddenly remembered it today. I guess it was because I just watched the VS Arashi episode with Toma as their guest. I love the friendship that blossomed between Rida and Toma. It's like a sibling relationship with Ohno as the big brother and his adorable little brother.
What struck me the most during this episode was when Ohno did something with his hands during the Falling Pipe segment, Toma's eyes lit up! It was immediately followed with a bright smile! You can definitely notice how Toma adores Rida. I was so touched that I felt like crying tears of joy. The way Toma dotes on Oh-chan melts my heart.
INXS: Did you catch a glimpse of the way Toma inched closer to Nino to show him the commemorative picture of his participation in the show? Isn't that the sweetest?
I have only gotten around to watching all the Arashi clips and TV shows last weekend. And this picture captured me. The way Aiba phrased the question was so manly and sexy that the 4 other guys noticed it too. If he were to ask that question to any girl, I'm sure we'll all reel, stutter and be flustered from the sexiness of it. Plus, the hair! You could run your fingers right through it and feel the silkiness. Johnny-san, get Aiba tons and tons of shampoo, conditioner, gel and mousse CMs. Anything to do with his hair, please! XD

So much hotness this weekend. Still can't get over (which is a good thing) Sho's sizzling appeal in the Olympic games. Happy-chan, thanks for the PM! It was nice spazzing with you about Sho. We need to spazz some more!
Ohno's amazing acting in Maou. Those unshed tears and searing eyes, just brilliant. Toma, you have grown up so much! I can't believe that you were the little kid I saw promoting Stand by Me a few years ago. You are now such a man!
Lastly, I actually like the "Kaze no Mukou" PV more than the "Truth" music video although the latter definitely had more budget and pizazz. Because the Kaze PV made me genki-er. It made me happier and energized me in more ways than one. I needed joyful thoughts and this PV gave it to me. Of course, it doesn't hurt to look at the following:
- Sho's incredibly taut arm muscles, white sleeveless shirt and belt and the oh-so-skinny jeans
- Aiba's tight-fitting white long sleeves, his tie and the hair
- Nino singing the opening lines of the song and strumming the guitar
- Jun's cape which I actually like
- Rida's vocals undeniably soared
Back to work. ^_^
Just got online tonight and first thing I did was to watch Hanamaru Cafe which I downloaded yesterday. Ohno is such a loving son and when he tried not to cry when he recounted how his parents are absolutely happy and proud of him made me teary-eyed. You make everyone proud with your achievements, Rida! :)
Okay, I admit that something caught my eye during this episode and all I could think of was...is this hot or what?! *cheeks burning*
Loved the arch of Sho's eyebrows. And how could I not notice the rippling of his muscles? *fans self, hides and dies*

Ohno and Toma in the battle of two immensely talented actors of their generation. Another actor included in that list is of course, Nino, whose cameo is something I am anticipating for so long since I miss seeing him act for a year.
I was even wearing a red shirt yesterday. It was actually bright red and I think the waiting for Maou channeled into my being unconsciously. ^_^

Last year when it was announced that Nino and Sho were starring together in Yamada Tarou, my insides were close to popping out because of excitement. As an Arashi fangirl, it was one of those dream teams that you wished would work together and it did materialize. Actually, any Arashi pairing would be a dream come true for me whether it be on the small or big screen.
Now comes the confirmation that Ohno's finally in a drama, thank God that the rumors were true! We are literally thirsty for a long time for something like this to happen. And this announcement was more special because it is Rida. This moment makes me...it's absolutely hard to describe what I'm feeling because we're talking about Rida here! The enigmatic, lovable and eternally kind leader who lets others shine because he simply is the heart and soul of Arashi. *weeps with joy*
Then, comes news that Toma's with him. That's another dream come true! Rida and Toma in one dorama, let's get ready to rumble! People wanted Toma to debut with Arashi then and he has always been close to all the members. Talk about things falling into place. All I can say is, this is definitely a momentous occasion.
Toma, your new hairstyle literally killed me! Plus, your army jacket and your black hair. There's nothing to ask more really. Except to wish that May would become July and see both of you in action!
For the theme song, will it be an Arashi and Toma collaboration? *fingers and feet crossed*
INXS: Nino, can I apply to be your apprentice and let's do magic tricks together? You were amazing on the latest Himitsu episode and you can have an alternate career as a magician. A magician who loves berating others with his wit and sarcasm! Haha!
INXS 2: Next on everybody's wish list. An Aiba dorama. How about an Aiba and Jun together? Hehe. Anything's possible. ^_^
INXS 3: As I was about to post my entry, I realized it was a long one. Just proves how happy I am with the latest turn of events! XD
