...and I'm so glad. :)
Last year when it was announced that Nino and Sho were starring together in Yamada Tarou, my insides were close to popping out because of excitement. As an Arashi fangirl, it was one of those dream teams that you wished would work together and it did materialize. Actually, any Arashi pairing would be a dream come true for me whether it be on the small or big screen.
Now comes the confirmation that Ohno's finally in a drama, thank God that the rumors were true! We are literally thirsty for a long time for something like this to happen. And this announcement was more special because it is Rida. This moment makes me...it's absolutely hard to describe what I'm feeling because we're talking about Rida here! The enigmatic, lovable and eternally kind leader who lets others shine because he simply is the heart and soul of Arashi. *weeps with joy*
Then, comes news that Toma's with him. That's another dream come true! Rida and Toma in one dorama, let's get ready to rumble! People wanted Toma to debut with Arashi then and he has always been close to all the members. Talk about things falling into place. All I can say is, this is definitely a momentous occasion.
Toma, your new hairstyle literally killed me! Plus, your army jacket and your black hair. There's nothing to ask more really. Except to wish that May would become July and see both of you in action!
For the theme song, will it be an Arashi and Toma collaboration? *fingers and feet crossed*
INXS: Nino, can I apply to be your apprentice and let's do magic tricks together? You were amazing on the latest Himitsu episode and you can have an alternate career as a magician. A magician who loves berating others with his wit and sarcasm! Haha!
INXS 2: Next on everybody's wish list. An Aiba dorama. How about an Aiba and Jun together? Hehe. Anything's possible. ^_^
INXS 3: As I was about to post my entry, I realized it was a long one. Just proves how happy I am with the latest turn of events! XD
I just finished episode six of Yamada Tarou and I don't know if it's because it's going to be my time of the month and I'm PMS-ing or it's those pre-birthday blues that bug the hell out of me but I cried. It's Tarou's fault again. Bad Tarou bad! Haha!
Seriously, seeing Tarou and his siblings rejoice over a hotcake broke my defenses. It's the same feeling I had during episode one when they ate the croquettes and episode two when Tarou bought a baseball glove for Jirou. Even episode three when he had to train for the barbeque sale and episode five when he was desperate for a Yukata for Yoshiko made my eyes moist one way or the other. Now that I've finally blogged about YT, I realized that almost every episode made me teary-eyed. Tears of sadness, despair and joy rolled into one. Whereas Hana Kimi makes me ogle brought about by the gathering of gorgeous men in what we all know as the "Ikemen Paradise" (I'll blog about it in another entry), YT makes me thankful for my family -- the love, the happiness and everything that they've done for me all throughout these years.
This is such a sober entry but watching them being happy over something so trivial made me wish that I was a kid again with simple dreams. When you grow up, you want fancier things, higher aspirations, immense desires and the list goes on and on. There's nothing wrong with that. After all that's why they're called dreams. Our lives revolve around these dreams and how we want to achieve them. But sometimes we get caught up in fulfilling these dreams that we forget our happiness. And in the end we might get what we want but happiness has long gone out of our beings. Tarou's siblings made me rethink and reevaluate what I want in life. As my birthday draws near, I need one big major life-altering overhaul. I don't know where to start but hopefully, I'll get to where I want soon. Gwen, I need to straighten out my priorities! Whatchathink? XD
Tarou's siblings made me think of another thing. I want to have kids like them...soon! Plus! I will never look at a hotcake the same way again! Haha!
One more wish...I want to see you, Ninomiya Kazunari, yes you, the one holding the sunflower (points to the little boy on the right side of this entry) and the rest of the Stormy guys again right in front of my very eyes! That is one dream that equates to happiness! I really had to hammer that wish in! LOL! I suddenly remembered a very funny quote that my friend told me a few years back. "Girls who dream are dream girls!" That's good enough for me! Bwahaha!
Please credit http://kazunari.co.kr for the picture.
INXS: Just finished watching Wang Lee Hom on Azio. I missed seeing your face and hearing your music for the longest time, my Moonchild!
I'm kinda shaking right now because of this picture! Fans of Yamada Tarou or those who have seen The Poor Prince (Taiwanese version), you know what I mean. Hahaha! :p
Thanks thanks fybabe for this Nino picture! And thanks too to Sumoboy for originally posting it. Nino dressed as a maid! One big waaaaaaaaaaaaah!
That's all I can say...
I finally got my AAA DVD last Wednesday and there are no words to describe how I feel. So many blog, Vox and LJ entries about the DVD have already popped up and I want to add one too. But I can't verbalize these emotions, these feelings that I have at all.
I've never expressed my love for Arashi in any public forum. But I am going to say this now. I love Arashi. I love them with all my heart and soul.
I am blessed as well as all Arashi fangirls out there to simply know them...to know that they exist. Cheesy as it may sound, they made this world a better place to live in. :-)
INXS: Zaizaiaddict aka Zzis Maggi, as what I've mentioned in our conversation, we'll forever be immortalized in the DVD! For once, we were together with Arashi in Taipei! Bwahahaha! :p
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I am utterly happy that Nino and Sho will star in Yamada Tarou Monogatari! I wish July would come sooner!
Plus plus! Delirious as well since Shun and Toma will be the lead stars in Hana Kimi. I love them both for the simple reason that they were my firsts. Toma was the first JE boy I saw on TV and instantly had a crush on. Or was it Go? Hahaha! Of course, Shun is my first non-JE boy and will always have a special place in my heart.
Ganbatte minna-san!
